Farafyn is an African social network in which users can find friends, have a chat, videoconference and call option, they can also post photos, videos and share informations with their friends or relatives etc.....
In order to benefit to Farafyn features you first need to Sign up. The registration is free and anybody can Sign Up. Even if it has been designed for Africans we do accept any people coming from everywhere.
All information provided to Farafyn need to be complete and correct and you should not lie or provide us wrong infromation about yourself

If you wish to make any advertisement through Farafyn you can contact us at: advertising@farafyn.com We will answer all questions regarding the type of advertisement you may want to publish on Farafyn.But keep in mind that before any advertisement appears on our website you first have to make the payment.We do accept two methods of payment: Money transfer and Paypal.After payment has been done no refunds will be made.

Prohibited content
We do not accept certain contents that can hurt Farafyn users. Therefore Farafyn keeps the right to delete any group, comment, picture, video or even user profile that don't meet our standards. The following are what users doesn't have the right to publish or mention:

Discrimination contents such as :

• Race
• Origin
• Culture
• Religion
• Sex
• Pornographic videos is not allowed on Farafyn Therefore they will be deleted without user permission so please becarful while posting any video.

• Photos also need to meet our requirements and if we find that some photos don't, therefore they will also be deleted.
• Materials that can incite to violence.

• Materials including information, videos or photo of a person without its consent

Privacy
Information of Farafyn users are confidential therefore we will not disclose any information to anyone without your permission. Farafyn takes its user privacy very seriously therefore all our users information will not be shared with anyone else so no one will be able to access them. We will only use your given informations to communicate with you directly.

You are responsible to keep our password confidential to others.
We are not responsible if you give your password to someone else and if that person access your account. Otherwise if you have any doubt you can change your password in the account section. We also allow users to define the terms of their own privacy model in the account and edit profile section.

You will be able to define who can see some of your profile information among your friends. Note that anyone who is not your friend will never see your profile and your information.
 
Never ever give important information such as bank account or credit card to those who may ask you. We decline any responsability of scam and others.

-All elements on Farafyn such as Photos, logos, trademarks, some description texts and contents are owned by Farafyn and you should never copy of use this contents for your own purpose without having Farafyn agreement.

-You should not communicate information on Farafyn to a company. indivual or anyone else.

-No Justification will be provided by us after a data or an account cancellation

-You declare that you will not perform any acts which hurt the intellectual property rights of Farafyn or third parties. You acknowledge and accept that any unauthorised use of files, data and materials violates the Terms of Use.

- All the intellectual property rights must be respected. In the event of violation of those rights the guilty person is legally culpable as well as fully responsible for all the damage incurred on Farafyn.

Each user is responsible for its own account.
You cannot keep Farafyn responsible in case someone else access your account, therefore you have to keep your password secret.

Besides Farafyn have no responsibility for the site accessibility, mutual communication of portal users, any problems of a technical nature in the operation of the portal, portal users’ profile data changes resulting from unauthorised access by another. Farafyn is not in any event liable for damage of any kind incurred by users on the site as a result of the use of the services available on it.

Here users can set the level of privacy that they want. for example they can decide who among their friends can see their profile, their picture and any other information etc................ In case a user has a problem with his password and want to change it, he first have to go in account page and then write his old password and the new password he wants to have.
